Off the Grid is a Kootenay based group that brings a wide range of musical influences
spanning multiple styles including jazz, funk, rock and fusion to every element of their
playing. Many creative collaborations and experiences enable these multi-dimensional
artists to engage audiences everywhere. Tight ensemble playing and synergetic
interplay together with high energy, furiously funky and blistering bop lines resonate
throughout every performance.
Laying down the groove are Doug Stephenson (Guitar), Mark Spielman (Bass) and
Steven Parish (drums), with high-octane horns Clinton Swanson (Sax), Daralyn Fox
(Trumpet) and Keith Todd (Trombone).
