Born on a Wednesday represents a 15 year musical collaboration between 5 unique songwriters living in Nelson BC. While remaining grounded in the love of sharing music with one    another, Born on a Wednesday has matured into a sound that feels intimately familiar and genuine. 

In the fall of 2021, he band released From The Headwaters, their second full-length album in less than a year. While maintaining a present and live feel, the album is a patient, thoughtful, and dynamic representation of their one-of-a-kind brand of mountain folk music.

With a style that draws from a range of musical influences, it continues to be the compelling songwriting that gives Born on a Wednesday a sound that bends through many genres but is uniquely theirs.
